It should go without saying. Warm up. Eat Clean and get adequate rest.

5×5′s means you will be performing 5 sets of 5 reps each with minimal (30 seconds) seconds rest in between each set. You will be pushing 75% of the heaviest weight you can heaviest. Example: If you would normally lift 100kg for 5 reps, use 75kg

Incline Barbell Bench Press – 5×5

Flat Dumbbell Fly’s 5×5

Routine 4

Incline Dumbbell Fly’s 5×5

Press Ups – 5×5

Routine 6

1 set of 5 Reps of Each of the Above
